In this course we will teach you not only character modelling but how to download and install blender, manipulating objects. We will then teach you how to load reference images before diving on to character modelling techniques. We will start off with box modelling the head until we finish our character. We will use simple and appropriate modelling techniques to get the best results within a short period of time. Students will also learn how to use Blender's particle hair system to create hair. You don't need to uv map anything for this character but we will teach you so that you can understand the basics as well as having some form of control over your texturing process. we will then teach you Procedural texturing as well as Vertex painting techniques to get believable textures. Procedural texturing is a method of creating textures using mathematical procedures.
They look more natural because there are no seams caused by texture wrapping.
They have virtually infinite resolution.
They have editable settings allowing greater control over the material definition.
A single procedural texture can be used to create a range of similar materials.
We have provided well detailed easy to understand and follow instructional videos for even someone new to Blender and the 3D word.

Mein Name ist Markus W?ger. Ich bin Autor und Dozent f?r Fotografie und Gestaltung und habe B?cher ?ber Photoshop, InDesign, Grafikdesign, Fotografie, Kameras und Farbe geschrieben - viele waren oder sind Bestseller in ihrem Bereich. Mit Capture One arbeite ich seit 2009 und habe Einsteiger wie auch Experten in der Anwendung unterrichtet. Dieser Kurs ?bertr?gt meinen Offline-Unterricht in die Online-Welt.
Du erf?hrst hier alles Wissenswerte ?ber Benutzeroberfl?che und Arbeitsumgebung, Register und Werkzeuge, was eine Sitzung ist und was sie von einem Katalog unterschiedet, welche Vor- und Nachteile beides hat, alles rund um Import und Export, du lernst Histogramme zu verstehen und zu interpretieren, was es ?ber Belichtung, Kontrast, Klarheit, Struktur und HDR zu wissen gibt, Einstellungen und Auswirkungen von Tonwerten und Kurven, es gibt einen Abschnitt ?ber Farbkorrekturen und Farbmanipulationen, ich zeige den Umgang mit den Werkzeugen f?r das Zuschneiden, Drehen und die Trapezkorrektur ebenso, wie mit Rauschreduzierung, Sch?rfung und Fleckentfernung, sowie lokalen Anpassungen mit Ebenen, Masken, Pinseln und Retuschewerkzeugen. Das letzte Kapitel nimmt sich schlie?lich noch Stilen, Voreinstellungen und Schl?sselw?rtern an.
Nat?rlich kann ein Kurs kaum absolut jede Funktion eines so umfangreichen Programmes wie Capture One Pro beschreiben. Einiges ist so speziell, dass es f?r kaum einen Anwender von Bedeutung ist, manches w?rde derma?en ins ?klein klein? hineinf?hren, dass es die Geduld der Zuseher:innen mehr strapazieren w?rde, als es f?r sie von Nutzen w?re. Abgesehen von einigen Details habe ich au?erdem das Thema tethered Shooting ausgespart, bei dem die Kamera via Kabel oder Bluetooth mit Capture One verbunden wird, sich vom Programm aus steuern l?sst und Aufnahmen direkt auf den Computer ?bertragen werden. Das liegt nicht zuletzt daran, dass Capture One diese Funktion f?r meine Kameras nicht unterst?tzt. Da das Thema aber ohnehin nur f?r die wenigsten Anwender von Bedeutung sein wird, sollte es den Nutzen des Lehrgangs nicht schm?lern.

Procedural generation in game development lends itself to the algorithmic generation of unique computer-created environments and gameplay experiences. The power is in its ability to automatically develop game content on the fly, reducing the amount of work required by the game designer.
However, a lot of preparation by the programmers and artists is necessary for such a strategy to be implemented. A thorough understanding of the role that both sides of the game development coin (of technical/logic and art/design) play in procedural generation is key for a successful implementation. In this course, Penny and Mike bring a unique experience to both programmers and artists alike and combine their skills and many years of industry and academic knowledge, to bring you a holistic learning experience in which you will find content and invaluable mastery.
This course uses Unity 2020.1 and Blender 2.9 and is Windows and Mac compatible.
Mike will start by teaching you how to model six separate modular meshes that can be put together perfectly to generate an entire maze. He will take you from there into building pieces for a dungeon, where each module is created with a smaller subset of models that can be mixed and matched to speed up your design workflow and production of game assets. You'll create a set of sewer pieces with pipework that snaps together to build a maze and later create the brickwork-textured elements to define a dungeon. Each model will be readied for use in Unity once completed.
Penny will lead you through numerous exercises in the Unity game engine that examine the logic that will snap modular model pieces together using the magic of geometry and mathematics to form an infinite array of maze and dungeon possibilities, worthy of any avid 3D game player. She will take the pieces you create with Mike in Blender and work through a variety of maze generation algorithms to show you the possibilities, from very random environments to perfect mazes that traverse an entire map. She will also work with you to create dungeons with a variety of rooms and interconnecting corridors before exploring multilevel maps, using the A* algorithm for pathfinding and selecting traversable subsets of a complete maze or dungeon.
By the end of this course, you will have a multidisciplinary toolkit of skills that will give you the advantage over others who are "just programmers" or "just artists". Understanding game development that tightly integrates both design and logic from this standpoint is critical to making you a valuable commodity in the job market or preparing you for running an indie operation.
