I believe a guy by the name of rycho123 is the poster, he may have been deleted for not following the forum rules.

I googled the filename and found this file.
It was a rar file (AmandLex_Hard_IR.rar), now extracted and uploaded to RS.
Must be the one you are talking about as the filenames are identical.
