Jasper stayed back with her, watching her heal her mother. She mended his wounds along with her mother. She had done that for so many people including most attractive sexy male wolf shifters but never felt like this before.
When it was time for Jasper to leave her home, she felt unexplained uncomfortable feelings in her heart. She wished if she could ask him to stay but she couldn't. She watched him go, hoping to see him again.
Her mother was her only family and she was very happy her mother was safe. But didn't know, when she received help from the soldiers, she was in the biggest trouble of her life.

When Jasper first saw Iris, the rude beast inside him died. Innocence on her face was enough to melt him and make him feel some emotions.
That day Jasper didn't just protect Iris's mother but he also protected Iris from his ruthless king. But the next time, he was unable to protect her.
New King, Jacob, was a self-obsessed tyrant, who was born on this earth just to have fun and make other's life miserable. His soldiers had a job to do every day and that was hunting for new mates and new drugs.
Rewards, in return of providing king what he wanted, were huge and the greed in the soldiers were increasing and this greed became the reason that king got to know about Iris and her eternal beauty.
And now as expected he wanted her for his pleasure and nobody could stop him doing that. Jasper, being one of the main soldiers of wolf king, were forced to do things he never liked. He was bound to follow the rules and obey the king's orders.
