    Great book. It was one of the first books I read when I became interested in nutrition, diets, and working out. It taught me the idea that "we are what we eat," and it emphasized that we have to ALWAYS take care of what we eat and when we eat. It was a great start and gave me an overall understanding of everything. It doesn't discuss any of the topics in-depth. You won't find chapters analyzing supplements and explaining the differences between BCAAs, creatine, and RAD 140. So, if you are looking for advanced stuff, look for another book.
